Service Description
Class Duration: 3 Days -No agency Affiliation is needed to attend This course is designed to teach students how to safely and effectively operate in the single resource Crew Boss position in both incident and pre-incident settings. Students will learn to identify hazards and risks on various incidents and be able to describe how to mitigate them. Students will also learn tactics which are appropriate to various wildland fire and fuel reduction settings, as well as mobilization and demobilization procedures for incidents. Prerequisites: Successful completion of FFT1 and S-290
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your registration and receive a refund you need to contact Southern Sierra Fire Training 30-calendar days prior to the first day of the class. A $15 refund processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount for each class canceled. However, if you cancel your registration within 30-calendar days of the first day of class, you can carryover your registration towards any class we offer now or in the future. You will not lose your class registration. Just contact us to cancel and/or to apply your cancelled registration towards another Southern Sierra Fire Training class.
